Starting from when she was just fourteen years old, Sandra Prikker began building her body for a career in competitive kickboxing but that dream wasn’t meant to be. She had to abandon her aspirations of becoming a kickboxer following an accident that left her badly injured.

Unfazed by the hopeless situation she found herself in – not being able to return to the sport she loved so much, Sandra Prikker found solace in fitness. Always sporty and athletic right from childhood, it didn’t take much time for her to get her body ripped and sculpted into an amazing ensemble. In turn, she started garnering up steam across social media platforms due to the way her exercise and diet regime paid off and people wanted to know more about it. Consequently, what was just a way of staying fit after stopping her kickboxing career now became a career for Sandra and she has been doing wonders with it.

Sandra Prikker – Biography, Age

The Dutch fitness model was born on October 30, 1989, in the Netherlands. She has not made information about her family and background details, including her educational achievements, public. However, as a young teenager, at 14 years of age, Sandra Prikker started exercising and training to be a kickboxer. Everything seemed to be falling into place and after years of training her body, she was rewarded with a perfect physique. Tragedy struck in 2012, an accident she was involved in left her with serious injuries that spelled doom for her career in kickboxing.
